Dynescan Servicing

At Dyneval, we are committed to ensuring your Dynescan device performs reliably and accurately. Our servicing process is designed to maintain the highest standards of quality and precision. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all Dynescan servicing appointments to help you understand what is included, potential additional costs, and our service commitments.

Please note: Any additional servicing costs will be invoiced separately after your approval.

1. Service Inclusions

Our standard service package includes a comprehensive diagnostic check, thorough internal cleaning, performance verification, and installation of any available software or firmware updates to keep your Dynescan operating at its best.

If any components are identified as worn, damaged, or faulty during servicing, we will contact you with a detailed quote before replacing them. This may involve parts such as lenses, connectors, seals, power cables, or carry case components.

Replacement of consumable items—such as channel slides or calibration slides—is not included in the standard service price and may incur additional charges if required.

Standard software and firmware updates are included where applicable. However, if your device requires a licensed upgrade or major update beyond the standard scope, we will notify you in advance regarding any additional costs.

If you cannot drop off or collect your Dynescan device in person, courier or postage fees will be charged separately. We are happy to assist with arranging this service upon your request.

In cases where the device shows signs of misuse or abnormal wear and tear, additional time and costs may be necessary for repairs or further diagnostics. We will always provide you with a quote and seek your approval before proceeding with any extra work.

We aim to complete servicing on the same day for devices dropped off at our Roslin Lab. Should additional repairs be required, collection may be delayed, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
