1. RHS 2022 Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1.1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
1.2. The prize draw is being run by Dyneval Ltd (Dyneval).
2. Eligibility to enter:
2.1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
2.2. Directors and employees, and their immediate relatives, of Dyneval may not enter the draw.
2.3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
2.4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
2.5. The prize draw is free to enter.
3. How to enter
3.1. The prize draw will include those currently on our mailing list and all new subscribers up to Midday on Monday 20th June 2022.
3.2. Entries will not be included in the draw after that time and date.
3.3. To enter the prize, draw simply post a comment with the name of our recently launched device via our LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels.
3.4. Dyneval will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
4. The prize
4.1. The prize will be two entry tickets to the Royal Highland Show, Ingliston, Newbridge EH28 8NB, Edinburgh on Sunday 26th June.
4.2. Other costs (e.g., parking) are not included in the prize and must be arranged independently by the winner.
4.3. The winner will be drawn at random.
4.4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4.5. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
4.6. The decision of Dyneval regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner announcement
4.7. The winner will be notified after 20 June 2022 via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
4.8. Dyneval will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
4.9. If the winner does not respond to the message notifying them of their win within 2 days of the second message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Dyneval reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
5. Receipt of the prize
5.1. Please allow three days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
6. Data protection and publicity
6.1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Dyneval for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
6.2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at contact@dyneval.com
6.3. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Dyneval’s Privacy Notice.
6.4. Dyneval does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Dyneval does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
6.5. Dyneval does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
7. General
7.1. Dyneval reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
7.2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scottish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
