Please read carefully before submitting your details to Dyneval’s ‘ASSESS THE % PROGRESSIVE MOTILITY COMPETITION‘.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1.1 By entering the prize draw, you agree to this prize draw terms and conditions.

1.2 The prize draw is being run by Dyneval Ltd, Roslin Innovation Centre, Easter Bush Campus, Midlothian, EH25 9RG. Company number SC659307. 

2.  ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER 

2.1  The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and employed within the animal health and agriculture sector.  

2.2  In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

2.3  A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. 

2.4  The prize draw is free to enter.

2.6  The prize draw will include those currently on our draw by 17:30 GMT-6 on the 24th of November, 2023. Entries after that date will not be included in the draw.

2.7  To enter the prize draw, simply complete our form via our QR code.

2.8  Dyneval will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

2.9  The prize will be a bottle of Gin or Whisky.

2.10 The winner will be drawn by selecting a random entry with the correct answer.

2.11 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.    

2.12  The decision of Dyneval regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

2.13  Dyneval can, at its sole discretion, deem entries invalid if: (i) in its opinion, the conduct of the entrant is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw; and/or (ii) it suspects that the entrant has breached the prize draw terms and conditions.

3. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT   

3.1  The winner will be notified on the 24th of November 2023 via the phone and alternatively via email provided during the draw submission.

3.2  Dyneval will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.

3.3  If the winner does not respond to the emails or calls notifying them of their win on the day, they will lose their right to the prize, and Dyneval reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

4. RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE

4.1  Collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement ideally in person at the BCVA gala dinner.

5. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

5.1  You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Dyneval to administer the prize draw and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

5.2  All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at contact@dyneval.com.

5.3  The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Dyneval.

5.4  An announcement of the winner’s first name and place of work will be made via the Dyneval website or social media channels.

5.5  All personal information shall be used in accordance with Dyneval’s Privacy Notice.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1  As far as legally permissible, Dyneval does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw, being selected for the prize, receiving or using the prize.

7. GENERAL

7.1  Dyneval reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2  The Prize Draw will be governed by Scots law, and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
