VISTA: Beyond Microscopy and Scattering
Lumero® measurements are based on Dyneval’s VISTA (Video Intensity Spatio-Temporal Analysis) algorithm, which uses advanced statistical physics to analyse intensity fluctuations in microscopy images due to the motion of micro- and nano-particles, even those below the resolution limit. Because this is a statistical analysis, resolving or tracking individual particles is not necessary, allowing Lumero to operate over wide ranges of size and concentration.
